Walsingham Trip

On November 15th our little Medjugorje LGBT group travelled to Walsingham to pray and give thanks to Our Lady for all the blessings we have received since coming to England.

We prayed rosaries and the divine mercy chapelet on the way up and while there, we participated fully in the prayer program of the shrine with mass, adoration, rosary, divine mercy chapelet and our own stations of the cross for the LGBT community.

We also availed of the sacrament of reconciliation (confession) and left our prayers intentions with Our Lady at the famous ‘Slipper Chapel’.

About Walsingham: According to tradition, the Blessed Virgin Mary took Lady Richeldis’ soul from England to Nazareth during a religious ecstasy to show her the house where the Holy Family once lived and in which the Annunciation of Archangel Gabriel occurred..
